Hope it isn't considered spamming for a newbie constructor to upload so many puzzles! It has been over 3 weeks since the previous one, though.
Again early week theme that seems to be a little harder than it should, though can't put my finger on anything untoward... It is quite a boxed-in grid.
Do have a syndicated puzzle dropping in the next few days, BTW... Look out!

Spamming shmamming. Keep 'em coming, Gareth.
It wasn't a hard theme, but it might have deemed a little elusive because a "grader" and a "loader" aren't as in the general knowledge as, say, a backhoe or a steamshovel. At least, not in the U.S..
Thanks for the chuckles at 26-D and 73-A.

Thank you for the reply Tuning Spork!
Differences in idiom have been cited as the reason for quite a few of my puzzles to be rejected, despite my best efforts! In this case though it was stated as being too subtle without a title... FWIW, the last entry, ROLLER, would not be familiar to most South Africans as a machine (it is a colorful bird, though), at least without "steam" in front of it... Backhoe and Steamshovel are great, except rather difficult to build on!!
